I started working with Lisa 12 months ago, I had hit my 50's and didn't want menopause to take control of my body, my goal was to get back into fitness, eat correctly and not gain weight through doing this, I had an addiction to chocolate, it controlled me. I didn't eat regularly, I wasn't happy within myself. I took part in the Hypnofit program and after my first hypnosis session I was already seeing huge results, it was incredible how the mind can work when you are working with experts in this field, I had 5 sessions and each time I learnt more and felt better it was the best decision I made. I still like chocolate but only have it as a treat occasionally, I no longer eat it daily and don't even look for it anymore and I feel so much healthier, I eat regularly and make healthy choices, as for my fitness, I am training 4-5 times a week and have never felt better, the hypnosis absolutely changes you and I would recommend Lisa to anyone thinking about it.
